Lieutinant:
Lvl 55+
Full Rune Armour

Completed Dragon Slayer

Captain:
Lvl 60+
Full Rune Armour
Non cmb skill of 55+
Completed Dragon Slayer

General:
65-70cmb
Full Rune Armour
Non Cmb Skill of 60+
